Is it isolated to teh front or the back? My car's rear passenger side window leaks like a sive. IT seems that the trim that meets the glass on the out side, doesn't seal it anymore. My temporary fix was to shove a towel inside the door (made easier by the fact there are no door panels/ interior back there...) But I will eventaully have to order a new seal for the dealer. You probably have a similar problem.

Check where the wireing goes from the door to the car body, and make sure the rubber is securely in place on the body.

Does yours happen to have a sunroof?
Mine does and the drain holes (yep, the sunroof has drainholes that run down the two front pillars) were clogged with leaves and tree debris and caused the water to pour into the front floor area. A good blast from an air compressor will clean out those drains.
Otherwise, aside from checking your firewall, check the area between the front fenders and the doors, tons of leaves and pinestraw tend to get clogged in there.
