Rear Drum to Disc conversion

I am looking for som help to swap out the rear drums on my 96' Camry for discs. I have done Hondas, Nissans and a few Dodges, but no Toys. Any help with what parts or what to look for will be helpful.

That was about the roughest DIY for disc brakes ever...So if i get it right you just have to disconnect the brake lines and hub assembly and repalce the rotor and lines and everything will hook up?
