Engine won't start

I was trying to program my keyless remote when I notice there was a spark while I was sticking a pin into the programming switch on my ECU. I discontiued the process and tried to start the engine and it didn't start. I tried stepping on the gas and started it for about 10 seconds bt still wont start. I'm wondering whether did I screw up my ECU which causes the enigne not to start? Any idea how to recover and make the engine start again?

Secondly, there are four holes in my ECU where the programming switch is suppose to be. Any idea which one is the one?

thanks!

I asked a friend about it and told me to check the fuses. found out one of the fuse got busted (EFI), most probably caused by the spark. fortunately a spare 15A fuse was available. Engine starts now!
