does anyone know if those turbo headers that they are selling on ebay right now actually fit under the hood of a gen 3 camry? i mean obviously the downpipe that is included is for an MR2, but what about the header itself? I'm debating whether or not to turbo my gen 3 and i'm researching the best ways to go about it and i haven't heard/ found much pertaining to the fitment of those headers.
those look like the SS autochrome style manifolds, and my engine builder had some of those sent to him and he said they were cheap and did not fit well... plus on honda-tech lots of guys have reported them prone to cracking...
i would either stick with the stock 3s manifold + heatshield or get a custom one designed and made... but the stock one is much cheaper

if you want to polish the inner welds and reweld it when it cracks, go for it.
it DOES fit.

yes and yes, the first one even an official SSA ebay auction if you werent looking...
look for something by HKS or a reputable japanese tuner if you dont want to go custom.
edit: those 4-1 headers have got to be the worst ever design ive ever seen, a lot that buy those dont get any imprvements at all. 4-1's have to be massivley long - long as all 4 runnser run past the sump long, and then theyre good for top end which is useless in a 5sfe.

yes it will, and its a fine choice. may not be the best looking, but with some sand blasting, ceramic coating and/or the headtshield, its very OEM looking and WONT CRACK!
if it doesn't come right up look under toyota and turbo manifolds. Opinions welcome from turbo users about the manifold and my possible decision to use that turbo.
