Hid Help Plz!

HI, i have a big problem installing my HID kit. I just recieved my kit and iam very excited!!!! I have a 2004 toyota solara. i purchased the kid from xenondepot.com so its a philps. PLZ if you have any information on how to install the kit, like a guide, i will be most apperciated! thanks in advance!!! By the way iam new here in toyota nation

so is it just hid bulbs or the whole projector shabam? if its just the bulbs and you dont know how to wire it up erm.. i dont think you should be opening your bonnet.... seriously.... i mean... bulbs to ballast to relay to power, its not that hard....

this should also be in the general forum too =)

try readig the instruction booklet it came with to start off =)

also no such thing as a kit from Phillips, just parts made by them.

125 front wheel horsepower with major retard issues between 4500-5200RPM -
OD switched off, even when not in 3rd results in major power loss/rpm drop.

You are going to have a really fucked up beam pattern because of that plug and play kid.



Not to mention less intensity and width than a real OEM set up.

those HOLES or eyes of the smiley face, are caused by the holes in the shield in the projector housing. They were meant for lighting up highway signs and of the sort. You can rid of them by takign out the projectir its self and covering up the holes with alum foil, some type of metal that can cover it, just use your mind. This is also seen in the celica headlights, the newer one that is.
