4th Generation Post-accident paint rejeuvenation

Driving home on Monday, 01/30, my friend (in a black Infiniti FX35) changed lanes into my driver and passenger door (I've got a two-tone light slate/dark slate '97 XLE V6). I was going faster, so his car scraped down the doors. There's no body damage or dents or anything, but his rubber wheel-well guard scuffed up the doors and some of his paint (or rubber, not quite sure) came off on my doors. It looks like my clearcoat might have been scraped off or something, because most of the upper parts of the doors are pretty hazy and the door strip about calf-height is pretty scuffed up. Hopefully, he can just pay to have someone buff my doors back, or do I need to have my doors re-clearcoated or something else? I'm no paint expert and my car's still bone-stock, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Walt
