Suprsingly, I found nothing that had a good list of parts to do the swap. I know a lot of you are knowledgable in this... so if you could, could you post up a complete list so I can start to research all this? Thanks in advance.
- A manual tranny :P
- A clutch kit to suit
- A flyhweel and bolts
- Some bolts to hold the manual tranny to the block (my auto ones were shorter)
- Mounts (i made custom ones) but urs being 5S, you could use parts from a 5MT 5S.
- Shifter cables
- Shifter mechanism
- Interior Trim
- Some electrical stuff for the NSS and stuff to trick the ECU
- Misc. shims, bolts, nuts, washers etc for various things that were different. Most wasn't though.
- An alignment tool for the clutch
- Some plugs/rubbers/caps for the left over electical connections (for the auto) and the radiator coolant lines
- Clutch pedal assembly
- Brake pedel (just the arm if you want, since its smaller)
- Master Cylinder
- Slave Cylinder (usually comes with tranny)
- A clutch line to go across the firewall (i made my own up)
On yours, you could maybe use a manual ECU. 2VZ Manual ECU's aren't avail. in Aus, so i had to trick the auto one.
I think that about it..if i forgot something..ill add it later.

if you need a hand with this let me know, i want to do this swap too in the summer.
ummmm it take you a few days of checking junk yards to find the parts you need. last time i was at lkq on ulmerton (about 2 weeks ago) they didnt have any manuals in their lot.
only question i have with this swap is. is there anyway to take the tranny out the top of the car?

On mine, all of the above bolted in no worries. The clutch pedal mount was there (although I had to drill the master cyl. holes, but the template was punched into the firewall). So it seems they use the same shells with all the cars, and just not use/not punch out some of the holes etc. Can almost gurantee the G3 5S would be the same.
axles should be fine unless you plan to go higher than like 250hp, at which point you'll want to use the E153 and the V6 axles since they are stronger.
