hey sup people,,i want to make my camry quiter and smoother,,its a 2005 LE I-4,,,i dont want alot of noise from outside,,and i dont want to hear my engine roar,,and i want my car to go over bumbz quietly and smoothly,,how do i do it,,what do i need
Sounds like you may have to live with what you got. 4 cyl engines are not going to be quiet in general. THey are jsut inherently noisy. You could always get rid of it and go to a V6

PLEASE DO NOT GET RID OF THE OLD TN AS WE KNOW IT.
Only thing i can think of is pop a V6 in. Wether it be 1MZ, or custom 3MZ or 2GR for better performance. There whisper quiet and good performers.
Modding your 2AZ will only make it less refined and noisy. It's hard to get performance out of a car without making noise, wether it be exhaust, induction or turbo noise...
