Need Spanner wrench

I really need help on how to get the camshaft pulley out without taking the head cover off. will spanner wrench work since the pulley have no hole on them?. the pulley look exactly like one in figure 14. on this site. please help http://www.autozone.com/servlet/UiBr...3d8013e607.jsp

You need to keep the motor from turning somehow.

Either remove the valve cover and use a wrench to keep the camshafts from turning. Theres a flat spot on the camshafts that you can put a wrench around.

Or hold the crank pulley still with a breaker bar and break the bolt loose on the cam pulley.


By the way, cross posting is not allowed.

timing belt - 1MZ-FE... need spanner wrench ?
