Match the Color light of SilverStars???

Hey Guys, im trying to find a bulb for my corner lights that will match the color of SilverStars. Any clue where i can find them?

Really, I just saw 1157 silverstars..........I was assuming they were amber or red............
they wanted over 20$ for them...........

Is is illegal to have white turn signals in front?

If not and I had clear corners, I would get white leds.......

I really depends on your local authorities. Check with you local RMV.

The corners take 168 bulbs....not 1157...thats for the turn sigs.

get white leds then for sure. The variety that has 1 fireing forward and 4 firing in the other 4 directions. THat white is close to a pure white. Other leds are closer to HID.

The guy I by stuff from on ebay has them for ~3$ each plus shipping which is cheap.

Now I have to ask, can you have white marker lights or just amber/red?

Now I know why I made a smart-ass coment, this must be on a gen 4.5 cuz 4.0s do not have front markers.

Edit....I see gen 3.5. huh? DO the 5-5.5s have them? What about 4.5?

I personally went with APC Titans in amber which is similar to the Silverstar amber. Clear/silver when off and amber when on. You'll never find a bulb to match and it nice (for me) to have legal lights, when my tint, etc, etc is not legal. Jon.

White corner lights do not look good because you will never find an exact match. Amber is the most functional and best looking IMHO.

yea the white leds i tried before were really purple....like 8000k...ill stick with my ambers then i guess...thanks!

white bulbs are illegal. so here is what you do, you buy chrome bulbs that appear chrome, but light up orange. this is if you have clear corner lenses and you dont want an ugly orange bulb in there.
