sterring stabilizer?

Does my wife's 97 camry have one? If so where is it located? Hard to replace, what's all involved? Sorry for all the ? But I'm more of a 4wd guy. The sterring wheel on car will shake around 60/70 mph. Not bad , just enough shake the ash off your smoke. I know on all the past trucks I've had, when this started I'd just replace the stabilizer and all OK. Am I looking at the same thing here? Also car has new lower ball joints, new tire's all around, and never wrecked. But does have 147.000 mile's. Please any help, before wife take's it to the dealer .

Strange answer about tire balance, since I said all tire's are new. But then again, you were the only one that took the time to reply. So thank you!

Possibly the wheel balancer. was it vibrating before the new tires or did it start afterwards? If it started before maybe you have a bad rim. If it started after the new tires you could also have a bad tire. Just because they are new doesnt mean they cant be bad. You say you ahve replaced the ball joints, but ahve you checked the tie rods. When they go out they can cause vibration.

I had a similar problem but very little shaking on 60-70 mph. My tires were absolutely fine. went to les schwabb and they said that my wheels are not hub centric. so they fitted hub centric rings in the wheels for $9 and I was good to go. not it does not shake at all
