Gauge cluster noise?

It's happens every now and then while I'm driving. Been doing it for the last year or so. Sounds like it's coming from my cluster area or right below it to the left right behind the turn signal controls.

Sounds like some sort of rattly buzz, kinda like those wind up toys. Anyone know what it could be?

Thanks.

tachometer or spedometer gears messed up maybe. shere isnt much in teh cluster that moves except those two things. At least not continually while the car is running.
does it seem to change with eiter RPM or speed changes. IF rpm changes it then most likely the tach if speed then most likely the speedo.
