need help finishing my CAI

Ok i just got building my cold air from the throttle body down but i want to also put it from the throttle body to the manifold. So here is what i need anwsers for. The peice of black tubing for the throttle body to the manifold has to (what i believe are sences) in it, a large on and a small one. Well I took the large one off to see if i could find a way to connect it to my new piping but i was unsuccessful. The smaller one from what i found can not be disconnected form the pipe but can form a spot just under the valve cover. So what do i need to do or to get so that i can complete this part of my intake. Thanks.

Reed
