2nd Generation I figured out the rubbing problem!!!

Its the front passenger tire thats making the noise wen I turn, so I looked under the car and there is a thin metal plate by the brake area thats all bent!!! I thought WTF!!, thats gotta be the problem! Ill take it off and see how that helps.

damn

That didn't seem to be the problem, its making the noise before it contacts anything. I dont know what it is. maybe something is outta whack. We were careful when we took everything apart and when we put it back togeather. Its the same damn clunk clunk noise coming from the front passenger wheel

could you give us more information on your problem.
does it only make noise when you turn a certian direction?
does the steering wheel jolt kinda when turning?
have you felt your cv boots to see if their broken?
could you describe the noise in more detail and context?
