USA CV Joint Question..

I recently replaced the CV joints on my 92 Camry LE and lately Ive been hearing a "rumbling" sound from my front right tire are everytime I run over a bump of somesort. Any ideas on what it could be? Thanks

the very same thing happened to me. i keep suspecting my problem wheel will break off one day while i'm driving down the road but it's been almost two years and it hasn't happened yet. i guess i'll just keep pushing my luck.

you should replace those boots soon, its not good to drive with them ripped or torn throwing that grease everywhere out of them, if so, that joint will suddendly snap with no grease lubricating it, then thats where your problem starts. Also people dont realize when there cv boot is torn, so I recommend when ever doing an oil change periodically just glance around to make sure they are still in tack.

Was it a new CV joint ora junk yard one. Hopefully its new or obey is right.
