4th Generation How Do I Take This Part Out???

i wanna put suede on this panel and i removed everything it had on it besides this.........










its the nob that controls the amount of light in the custler panel or w/e you call it. so how do i take it off??

its the dimmer switch? right. any way on mine there are a few little clips or a screw if i recall correctly i dont remember exactly, i may have an answer for you later tonight if i decide to get out of my warm bed and go in to the 0 degree weather

On my gen2 the knob just pulls right out. Then there should be a washer nut that holds the dimmer in place.
