How and Which design - First of the intercooler piping

Okat, basically, CT26 with a 2" outlet to a Johnnyracecar 2.25 in/out intercooler.

From the turbo, i dont know what combo i should use in reducers and pipe bends. Im looking for the best (and really cheapest) way to acomplish what im doing. The piping needs to go from the turbo to the underside of the headlight.

Heres allens http://www.cardomain.com/ride/535237/4 (didnt want to direct link to his pic because its copyrighted)

Might be best? but a 90* reducer is pricy i think.. so i dunno what to do?

edit, i was thinking.. how about, i use 2" piping to under the headlight and use a reducer to make it 2.25 before it goes into the intercooler. Save prices on angedl reducers (which is a lot more) and then the bends from the turbo to under the headlight would be smaller and more compact?

Get an intercooler with the inlet and outlet tanks on the same side to reduce piping lengths.

i was thinking about that, but the location of random stuff (ie cruise control) and other things makes it a little harder to do something like that.

i dunno man... since carl clocked down my turbo, you can see on my site, that my IC piping has a different approach then most other 5s turbos i have seen... it really reduced the amount of pipe needed too - since the turbo shoots down instead of up...

i was not there to see how he re-clocked the turbo, i think there is some sort of pin on the ct-26 which is supposed to prevent you from doing this, but he worked around it

Yeah I decided not to clock either, I was able to route piping around the side and in between the sub frame and sheet metal beam above it so it enters the engine bay low and at a right angle to the turbo. The piping might not work for you though because I have no AC compressor to block my piping route.

^ ah lucky, theres no room becasue of the ac compressor.

Im just going to do this.

Turbo > 2' - 2.25" adapter > 90* > 90* > 45?* > straight (should yeild me to my headlight as in allens picture and my own consultation with my car) > 45?* to under the headlight > 90 to the intercooler > straight > intercooler > straight > 90* up > 45 out of the headlight on the drivers side > straight > random bend maybe 45* to TB

yeah.... i think im just going to buy a few U bends, 90s 45s and straight, borrow my freinds welder and mock up some piping.
