damn... my battary died!!! :evil: ai..... anyways.. i was driving 2nite around 7ish @ Kennedy and 14th... my stereo just suddenly shut down and the lights getting dimmer and dimmer.... :o so i parked @ a gas station..... it just shuts off.. :roll: and won't start again.... :evil: ... but lucky me... there was a Red Gen3 LE owner...

i think who works in a Toyota delership

(he was wearing a Toyota Hat, and a Toyota Uniform) who helped me boost up the car... anyways... my point of this thread is.. i want to thank this guy for helping me get out of this problem... !!! ... THANK YOU!!!! :wink:

Something like that happened to me a couple months ago. Instead of waiting in traffic, I attempted to cut across the big field that is next to my grandparent's house. I forgot it had rained for the previous 3 days, and got stuck in a small ditch. A landscaping guy pulled up, hooked up a hitch, and pulled me out.

my battery died yesterday as well. i had run it down playing the stereo while the car was off and could only start it by jump starting, but it wouldnt hold charge. after jump starting a few times to get it running it stopped while trying to jump start but we got it running, took it to a shop and found a cell had died. then to my surprise the battery was under warranty and got a new one fitted right there and then for nothing. i came home happy!

LUCKY... how long had you have the battary!?

THIS IS SO F-ING TRUE!!!

cuz i remember back in few weeks ago @ Ikea... there was this black guy driving a Corrolla... and samething happened to me.... battary went dead... so he asked me if i could help him out.. so i did!! i help him jump start the car... maybe that's why i was lucky!!

thank god!!
