Supra forged pistons on V6 Camry ???

Hi guys...

Since there's not a single company that makes or sells aftermarket forged pistons for the Gen 4, 1MZ engine, i was just wondering....

The 4th Gen Supra, engine code 2JZ-GE, had a 3.0L V6 engine...

Wouldn't forged pistons made for that engine fit the Camry's 1MZ V6 engine...???

Companies can always make pistons for a 1MZ... you just have to ask the piston companies. Do more research.

BTW, Supras don't have V6's they have inline 6's.

I think they don't fit because of different cyclinder shapes as well as sizes.

i think the question was answered quite well.

you asked 'as they are both v6s' which they arent, so that was answered.

and any aftermarket company will amke pistons for the 1mz... YOU (well im going to say this as you asked something this simple in the first place) you need to find someone to fit them for you.

1mz bore = 87.5mm
2jz bore = 86mm

No. They won't fit.

There is alot more to pistons than "how many"

Yup, no company makes forged pistons for the 1MZ-FE. I am running all stock internals you know. Because your question was so vague, I am going to make you look for the answer yourself instead of just posting them right here
