6spd, LSD, mods to E350/351

This is for the latest gen 4cyl manual tranny camry, unless the brand new one is out then I am not sure about it yet. I owned a 1990 V6 5spd(very rare car) and a 1992 4cyl auto(wifes car) I guess they were gen 2 and 3, not sure what the current one is, lost track so let me know please

One major issue will be to correct the terrible stock gear spread!!!!

If interested check out this thread

http://www.yoursciontc.com/forums/in...showtopic=9642

I am trying to get enough interest to have this done for us, will not be cheap though, we need ten units and then it will be made so This will be stronger than a stock gear box and we may have more than one final drive ratio to chose from. It would be quite a bit less costly to stay with a 5 spd and drag racers may want to go that way but we have to do go with what we can get enough interest in.

The manf can make full dog boxes but they are really not that cool for the street, these will be in between full race and stock type gear design.

Next I will let the tC guys here and the MR2 owners know about this, some have been talking about using the E350 in thier cars.

Latest gen Camry's and tCs trannies are identical except for final drive, Camry is a 3.94 and tC is a 4.24.

Oh. You should probably specify that this is for Gen5's only then. Confuses us Gen1/2/3/4 owners.

really...didn't know that....

but regardless...good luck I've got a feeling that if this happens, it'll be all scion owners anyway, since none of the 4banger camrys are probably going to push enough power ever to need that...
