Question Oem Cd Player

Problem: Stock CD player won't play any CD! The display only says ERR1 anyone know what this means( 6 cd stacker in trunk)

"Err1" - Loaded disc is dirty or improperly inserted. Check disc and try again. Sometimes a homemade disk copy does this.

"Err2" - No magazine in changer. Insert magazine in changer.

"Err3" - CD player problem, cannot play. Eject the disc and try again.

"Err4" - Over-current, cannot play. Eject the disc and try again.

weird... cuz as I was listening to a purchased one and it just stopped right in the middle of a song and displayed err 1. Looks like I'll have to crack it open(see if the lens is dirty or somethin'). thanks
