i took the struts out cause i guess they were in the way... tomorrow, i'm just gonna unbolt the muffler and let the front exhaust hang to see if i can get it out that way.. cause i've tried wiggling it and jiggling it and turning it every way and its still stuck lol
You have to spin it this way then that way. And slowly slide it out the left side. (thats the side i did it) I didnt even take the wheels off when i took mine off lol. Just do it slowly and slide it out the left side. You dont need to take the exhaust apart. You just need to take your time work it out like a little puzzle.
BUT remember round about how you did it coz you will need to do the opposite when putting it back on.
I change mines on jack stands and didn't took anything apart, but the RSB. Take your time! Mine's a gen4, don't know what with other years.
Worth the time!
ok so after 10+ hours... (haha first experience always sucks..) i finally got it along with tokico struts on the back...
i went for a drive around the neighborhood and it was so awesome.. i wanna drive some more, but gotta do hw lol. i could like go turns 7mph faster..
i'm juss kinda afraid that my tires won't grip and it'll oversteer (but that shouldn't matter with street driving right ?) so.. until i do the front...
if doing the back makes it this good, doing the front will be like.. heaven haha
ok so after i do the front, i'll get up some pics, and a DIY for uber noobs..
(i wish there was a way to record handling juss like the way u could record sound, video. that way y'all could play it and feel the nice handling haha)
