I'm in the process of making my own CAI for my 88 Cam, but now that I get to looking I don't see any room for where I can put the air filter. Does anyone know a solution to this, or has anyone done this to theirs that can help me out?? thanx guys.

does your car have a wide, thin grill that runs between the two indicators on the bumper, or the gap between the bumper and the valence?go here to see what i mean:

i get my car back from the repairers today (hopefully) and i will have a good look for where the filter can go.

The best place to put it IMO is in the driver side front wheel well, where it is away from heat of the engine.
