Radiator Fan Runs Constantly

My daughter wrecked her '96 4-cyl into which I had put a rebuilt long block only months earlier. Bought another nice '96 on E-Bay with a blown motor. Engine change this weekend went very well. Only problem is, the passenger-side radiator fan runs constantly from startup. Anybody know how this system is set up electrically? I don't imagine they are supposed to run independently (supposed to be either both on or both off I'd guess). Plus, one's running when the car is cold. The harness and radiator are from the one we just bought, so I have no idea of the history. Any clues would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure the temprature sensors are plugged in correctly, and that the Fan relay is not sticking (tap it with a screwdriver if it is).

Thanks. Where is that relay? Does it run both fans? If so, one of them must be broken since only one is running.

^ The relay(s) are in the fuse box in the engine bay. Theres a few relays for the fans.

Theres also a switch (water temp. switch) that screws into the radiator. Its towards the bottom of the radiator.

And the Answer Is...

When I looked inside the relay box, I found that someone had removed the relay and hot wired the fan, and even added a fuse to it. Why they did that, I have no idea. Anyway, since I have a parts car now, I was able to replace the relay and it works perfectly. Thanks for the answers.
