Fuel pump rewire.

So in my quest for boost, I need a new fuel system. I am converting to a return type system with an external regulator that is boost dependant and a new fuel pump to keep up with the demand of the new injectors and all. Basically it looks like in our cars, voltage is varried to the fuel pump. At idle and low throttle cruising the pump gets less voltage than at higher throttle. Either way it will make for tuning issues later. I cam eto three conclusions;
1. Leave it how it is and throw in a Walbro 255lph return system and injectors
2. Make it 12 volts constant even at idle with the walbro and reg and injectors of course,
3. Try and rig it to supply low voltage at idle but full voltage at high load with the same walbro, fuel reg, injector setup.

Will I hurt anything if I just make it run at 12 volts all the time? Will a stock return line off a gen 3 work fine for my new return line? (after bypassing in tank reg of course)
Input please...

Most likely not. Different length, bend angles, and such.

You can buy hardline and make your own or use stainless steel braided hose.

Yeah I already know the stock line wont work location wise, I was just not sure if its diametr was big enough, Either way the first part will be aeroquip -6 AN stainless hose from rail to regulator then reg to hardline. I will probably just make a hardline since I cant find any gen 3's in the local pick n pull.
