4th Generation Deep exaust sound after oxygen sensor change on v6

Well i finally changed my o2 sensor and first thing i noticed was power increase and this deep tone in the exaust, car sounds like a g35 now. Only happens while in gear, in 2,700 - 3,100rpm range, if reved in neutral it's all nice and quiet.
Is there is any explanation for this? I'm curious because i never heard a stock 1mz sound like this, on my friends 02 highlander it's completely quiet.
Maybe it's a design of aftermarket o2 sensor that makes it sound this way?

Does not sound like the real deal bud.
If you are hearing more exhaust, check your fittings.
Also your flex pipe.
Hows the gas consumption?

maybe you poked a hole in your exhaust by accident while installing the o2 sensor?

It shouldnt do that unless theres something wrong! haha.

I can understand if you had a free flowing exhaust system, because it may alter how and when the fueling is done. But on a standard system, you shouldnt notice any difference. Perhaps the sensor is not sealing? Causing a gap . i.e. exhaust leak.

or the a/f ratios are now more correct?

different a/f = different burn = different sound.

ie my car sounds like crap on ULP but sounds awesome on PULP.

I agree with Jetspeedcamry. Are you sure you screwed the O2 sensor all the way in to it's bung so it seals?

yeah, it was all installed correctly. And it's not a sound of a leaking exaust, plus it's only sounds like this in gear.
