I'm assuming you mean to have a gen3 camry?? (92-94s and not the 95-96s cuz I don't know bout those models) and you're trying to remove the lenses on the front bumper?
If so, here's what ya do:
1) yes, take out all the screws that hold the orange lenses in place. should be something like 2 screws per set of lens on each side.
2) then, screws off- the lenses are stuck in place right. take your flat-ended screwdriver and here's what I did- you gotta wedge it in there between the two sets of orange lenses (where that lil' seal is) and just stick it in there. not too far in, as long as a lil' bit of the blade is within the gap. then, just start wiggling it around, do it gently *start from the top work your way down* and the lense that is located closer to the wheelwell should pop open. You just need to take your time and be gentle with it- and don't worry about crackin' the lense. thing is, the flat end of the screwdriver will be inserted far in enough that it'll be touching the plastic holder, and not the plastic glass itself.
