Hey I wanted to know how many people would be interested in a group buy for Injen Intake for Gen 4 camry. I would need about 50 ppl $170 shipped to United states $190 shipped to canada.
i was thinking the exact same thing. and how would we be helping someone out if its the same? im planning on getting sri or cai within the next week to two weeks but i think im gonna stick with ebay.
i wouldn't mind getting one...i got a ram air on ebay for 40 bucks for my gen 4 v6 just the check engine light is always on and the car runs like crap when it's warm outside...plus it is made of steel so it gets frickin hot.... i have it on my car for the noise.... i'm up for an expensive one as long as someone tells it they love their intake
Sorry I don't really know about cars, but what does this do to ur car?
Short ram intakes are meant to send more air through your intake manifold making the ECU dump more gas to compensate meaning better hp/ performance/ whathaveyou. The only thing is that SRI's for camry's arent placed very conveinently in the engine bay so they mostly suck in warm air. The alternative to SRI is Cold Air Intake, where you pull air directly from the outside, typically underneath the car or from the grille. CAI's do pull in cold air giving it a bit more kick. As for which is better search the forum, the debate goes on... SRI's are usually cheaper from my experience, plus if you want a CAI, your pretty much stuck making it yourself.
