He said there was a lot of glare because he didn't have HID projectors. HID projectors have a clear distinct cutoff line vs a traditional halogen backing that shatters the beam of light and creates glare.

finally someone answered my question (Thanks DarkMastyr)
are you serious??? how come though?? ]
I showed my friend the D2S bulbs and the plugs on the bulbs n to this Ballast fits in. Are you saying the D2S bulbs n H4 Bulbs have different Voltage Current??
That makes no sense. How does his kit, which has a socket specifically for the base of an H4 bulb, connect to your D2S bulb without serious modification?

I'm a little confused myself, but here's my take. Leasaunce, sounds like the kit you have there is an rebased aftermarket H4 kit. OEM quality HID kits are from Phillips and such (for cars like BMW, Mercedes ect.). And all those kits use 9006 bulbs and sockets.
So Leasaunce, unless the projectors you have, are made to fit H4 bulbs (which I've never seen), then it's not possible to fit H4 bulbs into a projector housing.
