Degree of dificulty flex pipe+cat replace?

There is something wrong with my flex+cat assembely as it is making this loud flapping noise as I accelerate coming either from cat or flex pipe. On the internet I found the whole assembely starting at headers and all the way to cat for 200 shipped. I was just wandering how hard would it be to replace it myslef (I assume its just bolt on) what insturments would I need and is there some kind of seales on the ends of assembely. I have 97 4cl camry by the way.
Thanks alot for the help in advance, I really apreciate it.

not hard at all, you will need a couple of gaskets. Will be a little more difficult on the ground but not bad

You need som ePB blaster to spray on the nuts and bolts before you start. the actual ehaust nuts are 14mm. It will help to have a deep well socket so you can get it over the exhaust studs. There are 2-3 at the manifold and then 2 at the cataliytic converter. THere is a hanger that you can slide a hook attached to the pipe out of right about where the firewall turns into the lower floor pan. You can remove the entire hanger with a 12mm socket and then take the hanger off if youthink it would be easier. YOu will need extensions ong engouh to get to the manifold bolts from under the car also. ALl in all you can probablyhave it done in an hour or so. Not hard at all. If you dont have any way to jack the car up and put it on jackstands then it will take a little longer probably. On a scale of 1-5 1 being the easiets I wold give it maybe a 2 or 3.
