Air filter

Ok, this is a stupid question, but I'm going to ask it any way because I dont want to damage anything. Is changing the air filter just a matter of removing the two bolts and then I lift the cover and the hoses attached to the cover are flexible enough for me to move it out of the way to remove the old filter and insert new one. Is that it? Anything to watch out for?

By the wawy, its a 2002 V6 Camry

Thanks

indeed. just the clips. Just watch out for the alignment of your air filter and the air filter box. If the air filter is not alignment properly, you might have difficulties putting the clips together.

What you told me? Does this apply to V6 2002 Camry. So just two bolts to remove the air filter cover and that's it.

^ edges ? it could be apart of the airbox which looks like edge. If it sounds funny when you rev high then your airbox is not aligned either than that dont worry about it.

Lightbulb

It's not a bad idea to lightly grease the lips of the new air filter before you install it.

I do this when as soon as I get a new vehicle in my garage (car or motorcycle).
