Help: Removing Mouldings around Windows

I'm wetsanding my car now getting it ready for paint as well as the repairs from the wreck I had 4 months ago. Now its got to the point of bugging the shit outta me, but I just can't seem to find a way to safely take off the mouldings (with the chrome on) or trim around the windows. Any ideas?
This is for a Gen 3 Camry.
Thannks

ive got a 95 coupe and i know that the bottom window mouldings pop off, theres a clip on the rear end of the molding. You have to press down and pull away from the car to get the back out, then pull the molding towards the back of the car and it should pop off. Hope this helps.

Would I have to pull downwards or upwards after pressing? Would it be easier to get the door panel off, squeeze the clips then push it out? I have to take the panels off anyway....
Thanks for the reply

after you press in and down on the rear end of the molding you pull towards yourself (away from the car). I dont know about taking the door panels off, im assuming you are taking about the interior panels, i dont think this would help because the window would be in the way.
