Vinyl Dash upgrade

Ive looked back and couldn't find any pictures.

I've seen a few on ebay for about $35 shipped, either a metalic silver or a "carbon" looking one. How do people like these?

Question

These are what I am talking about. What color would go with the tan interior?

I've never owned one, but I've read that they look "cheap". Like vinyl!....you get what you pay for!.........I removed all the OEM wood dash for my Gen 3.5, the sun had cooked it after 10 yrs and it looked awful...I imagine the vinyl wouldn't last near as long! IMO

if your really going to get this...i personally would not... but with a tan interior i think gray or silver one of the simulated metal colors.

i suggest if you have the time and skills, removing the trim and custom painting the pieces would look 100% better than vinyl.

I bought this. It's a huge waste of $.

Do as Autobox stated and just paint them.

Try some plastic paint, like Fusion.

i got their wood stuff and it looks nice but its always a tad off...as in it just doesnt look exactly right. What would be best of course is having each of the panels be made out of wood or w/e instead of sticking something on top. CF would look OK but since its just simulated CF it wont look as good as if it were real.

You can try it out, but i'd save it for something else. If you get a brushed metal or wood trim styles it would look a bit better. But it all depends on ur taste...so up to you.
