Yeah it is possible to make a electric supercharger but it requires
a hefty DC motor, there was a serious Swedish car magazine that
reported on a Hyundai Atoz with an electric supercharger, he actually
managed to destroy the engine with it, he used a 800W DC engine
witch he then connected a turbocharger (a half one) with belt drive
instead of the turbine part, worked just fine but not 24/7, the car battery
couldn't Handel more than 5min with the electric supercharger on.
Those electric superchargers they sell at ebay running ain't gonna cut it
a 15w electric motor running 10000rpm directly connected to a fan blade
is not near enough to make any power, it would only serve as a restriction.
