Re-use of gaskets and feul pump concerns

I kno I kno the worst thing to do really is re-use key gaskets but the fact is i don't have the money for them.

I need to reconect my knock sensors on a v-6 3vz-fe. So for those who don't know where those are they require me to remove the intake plenum and the intake manifold, which means i would normally need new gaskets for these however i was wonder if there was compression in these areas that i would really need new ones.

there are less than 4200 miles on the gaskets. The way i figure it if there was no real compression i could use some silicone spray of some kind and spray it on the gaskets and place them back as close i could to the orig position and everything would for the most part be okay.

Should it really be a big priority to change them since they are so relatively new and if i'm going to try and use some sealers?

again i know you should always change them but $$$ talks...its about $80 for the two gaskets at advanced autoparts

**also for when i go to do this do i have to disconnect the feul rails and injectors (from eachother) in order to take off teh intake manifold or do i just have to disconnect teh lines from the rails and pull them off?

**about the fuel pump, the engine should be pushin about 250+HP after everything is fixed properly, i was curious if the feul pump could keep up with this or if it would burn out within a few days? the fuel pumo has 215000 miles on it

If you dont mind risking doing it all over again if the gaskets leak, you could try and reuse them. I'd change the gaskets for new even if i hadda eat beans for a week. I've seen way too many intake gaskets leak (even brand new) to risk it. If this gasket leaks, then the car will never idle right. And you might not be able to pass a smog check if they require them in your state.

The Haynes manual i have for 97-thru 01' camry says this about removing manifold on the V6:
"UPPER INTAKE PLENUM: (the plenum is the aluminum casting that looks like a bundle of snakes, and the lower intake manifold is beneath it.) drain coolant, remove v-bank cover, remove air cleaner ass'y. disconnect electrics and hoses from throttle body, disconnect throttle linkage (throttle body can remain attached).
"Disconnect EGR pipe at intake plenum. Unbolt the two intake plenum braces at the firewall side of the rear cylinder head.
"Remove the bolts and nuts holding the plenum to the lower intake manifold and lift it off.
"LOWER INTAKE MANIFOLD: disconnect electrical connections from fuel injectors. (INTAKE MANIFOLD CAN BE REMOVED WITH INJECTORS AND FUEL RAILS IN PLACE...)
"Disconnect air assist and heater hoses at left end of manifold. detach fuel line from fuel rail.
"Remove the 8 mounting bolts/nuts, remove manifold, do not pry between gasket mating surface or damage may result.
"There is a water transfer hose that is exposed only when manifold is removed. Replacing this hose is recommended when intake manifold is removed for other work".

"
