so flying on the toll road, crossed lanes, going over the reflectors, my front right wheel picked up one of those reflectors, spun in around my tire, and BANG, and i mean BANG, the louddest thing I have ever heard. So the reflector busted a fat "two fist size" hole in that plastic fender on my wheel well covering thing. Hope thats the right term. If not, please correct. BUT my question now, is that replaceable? and where can I get a new one of those?
It's is easily replaced. I would say that the best place to look is a salvage yard, but Gen 5 might be a bit hard to find because of how new it is. The salvage yards here don't have any Gen 4 Camrys at all.
Those things are really easy to replace, we have replaced them twice on my dad's 97 galant, his always seem to break, and it is a design flaw in the galant. But you can go to your dealer and order a new one, it should be around $60 if it is around the same as mitsubishi's. To replace it should just be a good amount of clips under there. It should take a tops of 1.5 hrs to replace.

i didnt know they came up that easily. you might want to check ebay. i see them on there sometimes for the camry. not sure if they'll have it for the gen 5 though. it'll be less then $60 though
^^ Sure, but all the Gen5s in salvage yards are NOT for parts...they're salvage titles, because they're worth too much to part-out just yet. At least up here they are.
