Hello people,

Need alittle help here was tring to change my spark plugs and found out i can't get to 3 of them in the back of the engine i have "94" camry v6 3.0L 1MZ. someone told me i have to remove the manafold to get to them, is this true? or a special tool is required? Also how often if they do, do u have to replace engine coils? and how do u know if they r any good?

There is a tool that is called patience. Since the front three came out... you already have a sparkplug socket and ratchet. More notably, you have needs to get / include (2) 3 inch extentions, and one U joint. I have one short wobbly extention as well, which is worth it's weight in gold.
Wear long sleeves on your left arm and feed it behind the firewall, and build the sockets on.

I would recommend getting a long spark plug socket (like 6") so that it sticks up out of the valve cover so it is easily accessable. Then put the universal adapter (wobblie) on it with a 12" extension and then find a good location so you can put a rachet on it and turn them out.
It's not as bad as it looks once you have the right tools
Hope this helps

Next time I do this, I think I will get some pics of me and my stuck arm as a DIY.
