What kit is this?

Can someone please help me out? I've been looking forever for a front bumper for a gen 4.5 camry that I liked, and I finally ran into this:

I have never seen that kit before and I was sure I had seen it all, but if anyone knows what this kit is called and if it fits a gen 4.5, please let me know. I wasn't sure if the car in the pic was a 4.5 or 4th gen.

JDM TRD I believe ... been covered and unfortunately the kit would cost more than arms and legs to get imported ~

That is not a JDM TRD kit. It looks like some other aftermarket bumper of some sort.

That's an accord cyber front custom fitted... That's what I plan on getting soon if I can't get the TRD JDM Front...

So it definitely is an accord bumper modded for a camry then? Does anyone know how much work is involved in this?

shouldn't be too much.. check with whoever is gonna install it for you how much extra it's gonna be to custom fit it...
