Cooling and A/C fans run continuously

I'm a newbie, so please be patient until I learn the lingo.
My daughter's car, 1990 Camry 4 cyl., has been cause this problem the last couple of weeks.

The only way to stop the fans is to pull the fuses. The A/C has not worked for a couple years and when I asked about it, seems they ran the A/C without Freon.

I am now trying to find the Magnetic Clutch Relay as a possible problem.

Any ideas?

If nobody has the answer here, give a call to the dealer service department and see if you can get them to tell you the possible problems. You can get some free advice that way, maybe... I also have a 1990 Camry... I have never heard of the problem you describe though, so I don't have any suggestions. Have you tried getting a Hayne's or Chilton's repair manual and reading up on the possible causes?

Yes, I have a Haynes manual and went to the library and looked in the Clinton manual. I found them not very helpful.

I have a GM car and have the full service manuals which are very good and it is what I really need.
