What exactly is the process of rolling the fenders or how do you do it without messing up the entire fender. I will need to know this in the near future for a hopeful project my parentals might help me do  .

get a competant body shop to do it for you. its not meant to be a DIY job. there is a special tool for rolling fenders AND the process also requires a heat gun to warm up the fenders aswell to prevent paint from cracking.
There are 2 generally practiced ways to roll fenders. One is to use a baseball bat (or a rolling machine, but these are difficult to find) and roll the inner lip of the fender in. The other is to cut the inner fender lip with a jigsaw, then clearcoating the edges so that the paint will not chip off. Mine were done using the 2nd method and they've been fine for 3 years.
