Camry Ignition Lock problem

I am not able to turn the key from ACC to lock position.I checked all fuses, they are OK. Just removed CIG/RADIO fuse out, the lock works fine. When i put the fuse back in, lock doesnt work.Want to know what is wrong if it can not turn the lock when i put the CIG/RADIO fuse back in. Any ideas?

Make shure that your in park or neutral. The camry has a safty that wont allow you to take your key out, or wont let it go into lock.

thanks ,but I am able to take the key out from ACC position. Problem is am not able to lock. I double checked and i am sure it is not because of shift lever position. Is there any sensor or something which might have gone wrong and is failing to detect the shift lever position?

Jiggle the steering wheel as you turn the key.
