ES250 (2VZFE) running problem

Hi guys,
Wonderfully helpful board you all have here, some great information.
I have a Lexus ES250 w/ AT (CA Model) that has a strange probelm, and i was looking for some opinions of where to start looking. The car runs and drives fine UNTIL it warms up. After warming up, the car will stall while acellerating, say in the 1000-2500rpm zone, but it will run fine in hi-revs. It flashing me code 24 (Intake Air temp signal) and I have checked the air flow meter already. Any one have any ideas, or past experiences with a problem such as mine.
Thanks
Travis

O2 Sensor? Car runs fine when cold is probably because the ECU is designed to run in open-loop mode when the coolent temp. is low. It switchs to closed-loop mode after the coolent temp. is hot. In the closed-loop mode, the ECU start adjusting A/F mixtures by reading feedback from all O2 sensor in the system. If the O2 sensor is feeding the wrong information to ECU, it would create alot of weird problem..

I would start by checking the O2 sensor, starting from the one closest to the exhaust port from the engine.
