I'm about to cut fog holes in my bumper because I figure I might as well try my bumper before I try to buy a new one. Could save some bucks or go around a couple of weeks with obvious holes in my bumper. Oh well. Anyways.......does anyone know material I can buy to practice on that is similar to the Camry bumper's material? BTW, I will be using a dremel. Thanks.
Good luck! Let us know how it goes. If I'm feeling desperate enough, I might be willing to go this route too. I've never used a Dremel before, but I imagine that it'd be a good idea to make a hole that's smaller than what you want first, then make small corrections and sand it to the perfect size. But then again, it'd be a lot harder and uglier to put it back on if you change your mind.

Wait, is that your car in your sig? If it is then why do you need to dremel anything? Don't those fog covers just pop out from the bumper?

early models (02-04) or Gen 5 (not 5.5) will be able to pop out. i know this because i have this and i installed mine with the aftermarket ebay kit.
Johnnyzee, if you read some of the other posts then you will know that all Gen 5's don't have the pop out fog holes. Some do and some don't. Mine doesn't. I have been down to my bumper and looked at it. It looks like one-piece and it does not budge at all. Therefore, I am certain that I have a one-piece bumper with no pop out fog holes. I do not deny that yours pops out but mine obviously doesn't.

Basically it's almost all Gen 5 and 5.5 LE's that are made in the US that don't have the pop outs. Some of the earlier 2002 US LE's do have them though.
I have a set of fog lights sitting in my family room right now, but I haven't had time to check my mom's car yet....if it just popped out, it'd make life easier for me, but I'm not against taking a dremel to the bumper either....
and I dunno....I still wouldn't take a pair of scissors to it....a really sharp knife maybe...but a dremel to be on the safe side

Mine doesn't start with J. So now I am absolutely positive without a shadow of a doubt that my car does not have popouts. This further backs the claim that I made earlier which someone said was false.
