G-Box Performance Module, does it really work?

Do things like that really work? It looks like all it does is just tell the car that more air is coming in at a lower temp, so more fuel will be added, thus greater acceleration. Any opinions on something like that?

Max power comes from having the largest amount of fuel AND air. Too much air and you get a lean condition which is dangerous to the engine internals. Too much fuel and you effectively drown the combustion, decreasing power.
