4th Generation Change Climate Control LEDs?

I've been reading the DIY which are a few years old on doing this. One question i have though is where do you get the LEDs/Bulbs for this stuff? I've googled "194 bulb" and it didn't bring anything up cheap ($15 per bulb... no way)

I think this is what I need.... correct?
8 194's
4 74's
dremel tool
soldering iron

the climate control is 2 #74 bulbs but don't bother doing it as you will be disappointed with the light dispersion. Try using a light filter with your existing bulbs.

no that wont work right, you can try but kind of a waste. in photography they have light filters and these are affordable pieces of colored plastic almost that will filter out whatever colors you want to remove to get the final product your orginal color choice. try going to any local photo shops and assk about them they should be able to direct you to the right place

place it on the back side of the faceplate. You'll see once you open it up. Look here for reference:
