89 camry v6, Car was fill with gas then wouldnt start.. Installed a new fuel pump and was ok for a day, then started to starve for fuel and quit. Took the tank back out and pump is working fine but for some reason the fuel is not reaching the motor. If I thow some fuel in the thottle body she will start. The efi 15amp fuse is fine, but there is also another fuse type of thing in the same panel, could this be the problem.. Thanks.. Jimi

We need to know a little about the symptoms. What is it doing when it doesn't start? Do you turn the key and nothing happens?. Does the starter turn over (crank) the engine without the engine starting? Does it start and die?

That said, since you seem to be thinking fuel delivery problems, have you ever changed the fuel filter? Could it be clogged and not allowing the fuel to reach the fuel rail and injectors? Have you checked to see if the fuel pump relay is functioning? How did you check the fuel pump?
