one way to find it is to extend the hose out to its full extended length and just swing it around in a little radius. Then feel around for a fitting sticking out of the engine or whatever part it might go to within the small area the hose can reach.
Also maybe find out whats in this hose, coolant or oil or what? Then that will help you narrow down where to look for the fitting it goes to

All the previous guesses are wrong and have been deleted. Damn post whores.

That plastic piece with the 2 hoses goes to the power steering pump or connects to another hose off the back of the intake manifold. I forget which, but I've seen that plastic piece with the 2 hoses attached.

The thing with the small pulley is the power steering pump.

On a 2nd thought, I remember that piece going into the power steering pump. And the 2 hoses connecting to the back of the intake manifold.

Looks like that plastic piece broke or is not screwed into the power steering pump.
