4th Generation has anybody here put ngk iridium plugs in a V6 - 4 th gen

Im way overdue for a tuneup and I was thinking about getting the ngk iridium plugs. Is it true they dont last that long? I hear only 30k. Where as with platinum you can get 60k. Also on my camry when i lift up the hood, there is a sticker underneath that says to only replace the spark plugs with platinum double tip. 2000 Camry LE V6 95000 miles.
