turn off your radio and stuff, and then try switching the settings (for the directions - i.e. feet, windshield, facr, combinations, etc.) and when you do, you should hear little motors redirecting air....listen to see if the motors go off near the middle vents....if they don't, maybe they're broken....if they do, but the flaps don't change, maybe something's just stuck....
