3rd Generation Question about ignition wire.

I have a question:
I'm trying to get some replacement ignition wires, what brands and models work good for a gen3 4cyl? And where is a good place to get them? Toyota OEM is too expensive for me.
And do you guys change out the cap and rotor while at it? or are they service free items for this car?

I have a 96 camry with 100k on it, the wires look stock, meaning it's never been changed. ( I bought the car about 3-4 months ago, don't really have the complete record of the car).

I have this clutch pedal vibration at the very moment I tap the clutch, firms up as I depress it, and my mechanic ( who did the clutch job, and I guess he's just trying to blame something else for his bad clutch job ) said my engine might be misfiring. I heard about this, but I don't know if mine is the case.

The car feels mostly smooth ( vibrates alittle bit on idle, it seems to be common for this model ) No engine warning lights on.
My question is, could the misfiring be so random and undetectible? and won't triger the O2 sensor? And at the same time cause slight rough idle and clutch vibration?

The car had a slightly high Nox level last time when it was smogged. Federal Standard Emission equipments. not california. ( test was done in california )
